Floyd wanted 0 days originally...he compromised and went to 14. Pac originally said a he couldn't do testing the day of the fight and that date started moving until it reached 30 days. He settles on 24 days and that was ONLY because he got caught lying about when he would be able to test and video showed differently.

More lies! Soon after Pac refused, Floyd said that the 14 days was off the table and the fight would only happen if there was random testing all the way up until the fight. Weeks later, Pac accepted the 14 days that was no longer being offered.

The real question is, why did Pac need a cutoff at all, when he now can do it without any cutoff? Why all the lies in the original negotiations. Actually, they would be called "Roadblocks" now, wouldn't it?

Unless your a neophyte you should know these early negotiations are all psych games that floyd imposes on all his opponents. Manny just wanted to stand his ground but now even after giving in to floyd he still demands other (roadblocks). If floyd really wanted to fight he could make it happen but he doesn't want to fight manny.

That's not true. USADA has definitely drawn blood within two weeks before a fight. VADA probably has too, it's just no one can say for sure because they've never publicly released their testing schedule with results. But it's safe to assume they've done it as well.

i had read testing schedules and there were no blood test 2 weeks before the fights.
