Not so much it being brook's skills, but more to do with Floyd's age. Youth with a good jab historically causes older elite fighters trouble.. You could literally replace the names in your post with Taylor, Dawson, and Hopkins.. They weren't expected to outbox Hopkins, especially Taylor, they only had size and power.. I think brook fits that mold and would cause an aging Floyd a lot of problems, especially with the jab.. Jab neutralizes speed, and both oscar and cotto had great success using the jab vs Floyd.. I don't see how it would be any different with brook.

Well firstly Brooks jab isn't anywhere near those fighters level.

Secondly, Dawson and Taylor both had fast hands. Brook does not.

A jab can cause Mayweather problems but you need speed aswell.

Brook's a boxer, he's going to be on the outside with every single disadvantage in the book. There is 0 percent chance he outboxes Floyd, zero. Brook is a perfect style for Floyd, I wouldn't be surprised if he shut him out.

One thing I've learned as a hardcore fan, is to never take anyone serious who thinks they know the outcome of a fight like its obvious.

Theatre of the unexpected is so true.

Most thought Garcia had no chance against The Machine, Khan, or even Morales ( who by the way went 12 close rounds with Maidana)

Oh and dat "lucky", "crazy", "amateur ", "ridiculous", left hook, dat keep landin on all the superstar fighters doe.

I will take your word for it,, only seen brook live once, since he is UK based..

I Just think at Floyd's age none of the top welters will be easy outs for him like they have been in the past

              I think it's a case of styles.

I don't see a boxer who boxes at Floyds pace beating him.

Especially if your feet and hands are slow ike Brook.

Brook reminds me of Canelo at times. I think a fight with Floyd would look similar.

No disrespect but saying " styles make fights" to a hardcore fan is like telling your mechanic, " cars have engines".

Very good points,, kinda like Floyd vs Marquez.. Marquez just too slow to deal with Floyd even though he is a great boxer in his own right

I see May doing the catchweights in next two fights.

Danny Garcia at 144 for the Junior Welter
                      then
Cotto at 156 for the Middle Weight

then he will be #1 at Junior Welter, Welter and Middleweight simultaneously.
