Quillin pocketed 500k from Haymon to sidestep Korobov

Quillin is the Floyd Mayweather of irrelevant undercard fighters. He's a World Cham***8230;former World Champ and can pick who and when he fights.
Jacobs brought no money two weeks ago, but now it's the biggest undercard fight that can be made in boxing. Korobov just looking for that payday like the rest he has to wait his turn. Gavin Rees' brother had to wait in line too.
Korobov is getting his title shot and if he wins, he'll get a big money unification fight. That's what champions are supposed to do.Comment

If he's getting more money for a similar level opponent and a big fight that I can go to live then **** it. Jacobs is a better fight than Korbov imo anyways.Comment

You can praise all Quillin all you like for making "a biznass decision" but at the end of the day this just goes to show you the effort Haymon will go to block fights. In the process, treating all his fighters like chess pieces.Comment

No because they're all puppets. However, I've never seen any of his fighters vacate their belt and pass on a career high payday. Not to mention he was fighting a guy he would've had a great chance of beating and kept his title, which is the only thing that makes him somewhat relevant and keeps him on TV.Comment

How is it a dumb analogy. Guerrero was Floyd's mando, I'm asking if Floyd vacated would u consider that a duck. Haymon is quillins boss, but everyone is mad at quillin for some reason. People on here say don't worry about a fighters money but 2 mil for his next fight or 1.4 to fight koborov hmmmm
Maybe the Bowe-Lewis situation might be more similar, but I don't see why using an analogy is proving anything here.
Please tell me you know all of this...Comment
