I can't help you. The only thing I can say to you is read the first post SMH
I'll help you out of pity. 70 clinches means he wasn't allowed to by Floyd or Bayless.

How come there wasn't any complaining about clenching in the Porter vs Brook fight? That fight was a clench fest and Brook was the one doing most of the clenching. Porter is an inside fighter just like Maidana and they both like to jump in and throw a lot of punches. Clenching is the easiest way to take that away from them and that is what Brook and Mayweather did. That is one the the essential keys to defeating inside aggressive fighters by clenching when your back is on the ropes or if you get tangled in the middle of the ring.

despite the reality of even before maidana he could never really handle aggressive fighters
He just did it two times, and with 8oz gloves, you know the size Chino's fans were crying about him not getting to use in the first fight. He got to use them but apparently he couldnt cut off the ring with 8oz gloves. And floyd has beaten every type of style over the course of his career 47-0 proves this.

Floyd did not lower chino's punch output in the 2nd fight

              The ref did.....

Most of Chino's effective punching in the first fight came from fighting up close. Floyd either tied up chino or the ref jumped in before the two fighters were even tangled in this second one.

Floyd didn't do any adjustments. The main adjustment was having a paid off referee on your side.

Especially against a mover, it definitely is a lot. It takes a lot of time and work to finally trap a fighter and get close enough to get some punches inside. When you get in punching range, and then get clinched, all that work chasing the guy was for nothing. You may only get 6 chances to get close enough, and getting clinched all those 6 times would be bull.

you realise maidana has lost to all the best fighters he's faced? his biggest names are ortiz and broner, there are levels in this sport, so even if a guys weakness is a southpaw, if he fights a southpaw who's a nobody, it's completely different(not to say i dont think maidana isn't a good fighter, i think he's a good win too, i was one of the few that was ok with that fight the first time it was announced)

and floyd never fought a mover in his life so he hasn't fought every style

Well if you let chino clinch he will try to knee you in the nuts, everyone knows this and Chino proved it in the first fight, then he bites the opposing fighter. When is enough enough? How cant you see he is a classless fighter, dirty fighter, he needs to be suspended and fined just like Tyson was for biting Evander. No place in the sport for that or are you cool with those tactics in boxing?

They should be told to fight there way out of clinches.

Also, most clinches are unavoidable. But what Floyd nd others have done is to grab and hug. Which shouldnt be allowed by the ref.
