I have mixed feelings about this fight. vasquez basically throws a looper, goes in head first for a dry hump session, rinse repeat. I don't know how this can be considered boxing. Bey at least tried to box.

From the looks of things vasquez was trying to be the aggressor but that's not his style. This was the mistake. Who's fault is that? Secondly no plan B and no adjustments again who's fault is that. Thirdly, Vasquez was getting screwed before the fight even started. Yes Haymon screwed him over! What is vasquez crying about he ain't getting no rematch! Who wants to see that? Bey stuck to the plan by staying stationary forcing vasquez to fight, waiting and catching him once in a while cause he did do enough to win.

I need to watch this fight again, as I was way too ****ed up to focus on it the first time. I thought Vazquez was nearly pitching a shutout, but maybe I'm wrong. Regardless, Bey isn't close to the best at 135 and will lose his title soon enough.

Definitely weren't wrong about Vasquez winning a shutout. It's sad that they did this to him.

I certainly can't think of many people who are fans of his style, but to get robbed like that? Especially to someone like Mickey Bey, whose latest claim to fame was getting KO'd by John Molina.
