I had Lara even, thought he lost to Trout, and he was passive at best in his biggest fight. I commend his matching guts but I haven't seen anything special there at all. Fun guy though.Comment

Why do people act like anything below 122 doesn't exist? That's why we have p4p lists. If Roman Gonzalez was a 147 fighter dominating the top fighters like this and moving up weight classes he would be #2 on everybody's list.Comment

and he would never have a chance to become #1 because the #1 guy would duck him for 5 years. an easy way to keep your top spot as the "best" just don't fight guys that can beat youComment

Gonzalez should be AT LEAST in the top 5. Look at his accomplishments:
3 weight champion.
Wins over Estrada, Yaegashi, Takayama, Hirales, and Rodriguez. Estrada and Rodriguez both later went on to become unified champions.
All at the age of 27.Comment

I agree but he isn't p4p the second best guy on the planet. His power makes him exciting and I'm a fan but he isn't very good defensively, gets hit a lot and although he may warrant a place at 10 or possibly slightly outside the top 10, to have him at 2 is crazy, above guys like Rigo, Pac, Wlad, Froch...
Klit deserves a top 5 ranking, come on nowComment
