...and the negotiations begin. SHO/HBO split PPV, Mayweather Promotions as the lead promoter, Top Rank as a co-promoter, 60/40 Mayweather, random blood/urine drug testing with no cut-off conducted by USADA.

I think those are fair terms. Top Rank should make that offer to Floyd. If Floyd says "No", then history will judge him as the unwilling party in this rivalry.

Contradicts himself, lies, ducks/dodges questions, sidetracks. He talks about every other thing in the world except the question being asked to him.

I dont understand why people are blaming pacquiao for the fight not happening. Pacquiao has never come out with list of demands the way floyd does. All pacquiao asks for is a fair cut and his cleto reyes. Floyd is the one demanding things like extra testing, leave your promoter, sign with TMT. Pacquiao has lost numerous times and got ktfo bad by his arch rival,he's not scared of Floyd.

This right here. It's called "nut-hugging" for a reason. I really don't understand the logic behind Pac being the ducker. Like you said, Pac fought his arch rival numerous times, got KTFO, and still want to fight him! So I don't understand the ******ity of posters here saying Pac is scared, lol. What exactly is Pac scared of when it comes to Floyd? Mind-boggling!

I dont mind Floyd as a boxer. Its just you can never get a straight answer out of him. I suppose the whole boxing world are like that but with Floyd, it's like he's stuck on repeat all the time regardless of what you ask him.

Pacman could have said yes to the PEDS test just like Floyd said yes to the 5 million per lb stipulation Manny and Arum asked for. Ariza, Roach, etc, have all agreed Manny ducked out the first time around. Imo, it was because of the peds test, and because Arum and his conspirator Michael Kuntz didn't want to risk their cash cow at the time because they thought Floyd would beat him, especially without the juice. That was then though. Since then, Manny has fallen way off financially and there is no doubt they want this fight now, but Floyd is BEING A TOTAL BIDTCH ABOUT IT AND KEEPING IT FROM HAPPENING. It's actually embarrassing and Espinoza looks like a total PUZZY for not taking control. I'm sure when he signed Floyd he thought he could get the Floyd vs Manny fight in the deal and now the PPV's are down and Showtime has all but broken even or lost on this deal and he's still letting Floyd call the shots while he nods his head and looks like a gimp.

HEY, ESPINOZA, ELLERBE, HAYMON, ETC, your boy looks like a complete bidtch and so do all of you. Make the fight happen or risk looking like the biggest cowards and frauds in boxing history. And you all know your boy is going to burn through his money and is going to need his legacy to make money later and with no Pac fight and a reputation as a coward it's going to be awfully hard to parlay that into a legitimate Promotion company or through other channels. Once he stops fighting he will no longer be relevant and will be known as a selfish coward. You may not care today, but tomorrow is right around the corner.

It has to do with him not accepting either offer, setting up his own roadblocks or at least allowing his promoter to, as well as giving the fight lip service, only to do the direct opposite when the chances presented themselves. The only reason that Floyd looks bad is because he is saying with his mouth what both sides were truly saying with their actions.

Having the fight on Showtime PPV shouldn't be a big hurdle to overcome. Obviously it would be a bigger event on HBO. But that's a hurdle they can overcome.

But 2nd demand is beyond ridiculous and reeks of desperation.

FMP is a 2nd-3rd rate promotional company at best. Why anyone would agree for them to promote one of the biggest fights in the world is laughable.

Obviously Floyd and his team know that their promotional company isn't getting anywhere and they are trying to leverage it into the Pacquiao fight hoping Pacquiao's side is ****** enough to accept and give the 2nd rate promotional company exposure and try to hopefully put them on the same level as a GBP or a TR.

GBP and TR should to be promoting the fight. They've proven in the past that they know how to promote high level fights.
