Yeah. Maybe the fight have happened but i recall no agreement on testing And pac would not agree to testing because giving blood makes him weak. That excuse is weak. He is the b side to may's a side in this situation. They actually spoke on the phone i believe is what was reported at the time. So pac is not innocent lets be real. Now is the time for it, but bob needs to step aside. Plus sr. Said why not make it one of floyds last fights and end on a good pay day.

Since the first negotiations years ago Floyd already made up his mind that he'll never fight Pac. The fact is Floyd will never (in his opinion) gamble his '0,' fighting Pac.

Please explain why Pac didn't accept 50-50 and 14day only to accept it 6 months later and his own trainer blames their side for the neotiation falling through.
Or why he would continually said that blood tests weaken him, only to demand Rios take them?
Or Why he said he needed 30 days, and was caught lying about that.
Or Why how a cut take 6 months to heal and he never spoke up again Arum using that excuse?
Or Why they would need to build an outdoor stadium?
Or Why in May 2012 he would be available to fight(when they thought Floyd was going to Prison), then when it was moved back to June, May was not good?
Or why he didn't even bother to negotiate when Floyd called him personally.

Yup. It has to be on Showtime PPV, on the date Mayweather choses, under the Mayweather promotional banner.

In addition Pacquiao has to give 2 pints of blood, use 16oz gloves, can't rehydrate after the weigh in, and for the first 6 rounds must have one glove tied behind his back.

If any of these negotiations aren't met, we get no fight, and should blame Pacquiao for not wanting the fight.
