I dont mind Floyd as a boxer. Its just you can never get a straight answer out of him. I suppose the whole boxing world are like that but with Floyd, it's like he's stuck on repeat all the time regardless of what you ask him.

He wants FMP to be the leading promoter for the fight, not that Pacquiao has to sign with FMP. In Mayweather-Maidana II, you could hear Lennon Jr mention FMP first, then GBP.

The title is a bit misleading and no one on this site likes to read(despite making fun of Floyd's reading ordeals). But the article actually says Mayweather wants FMP to be the leading promoter for the fight, not that Pac has to fight under the FMP banner.

So Floyd says he wants to be lead promo company and the fight must be on Showtime..... What's so horrible about those demands. Floyd is contracted with Show and he is the A side....why not, Top Rank is still in the picture just not the lead promotional company and didn't guys have to leave Top Rack to get a Pac fight (Mosley, Bradley, Marquez) and isn't Top Rank Lead promo company for the Alegeri fight.

Personally im getting bored of Floyd, this fight isn't as appealing as it once was. If Floyd wants to silence all Pac critics all he has to do it fight 1 guy.....Golovkin...

This right here. It's called "nut-hugging" for a reason. I really don't understand the logic behind Pac being the ducker. Like you said, Pac fought his arch rival numerous times, got KTFO, and still want to fight him! So I don't understand the ******ity of posters here saying Pac is scared, lol. What exactly is Pac scared of when it comes to Floyd? Mind-boggling!

Pacquiao will fight anyone put infront of him, a real throwback.He's cut from that cloth, true warrior and always comes to fight. Maybe he's a little naive and loyal to a fault but one thing I learned from years of watching Pacquiao fight watching him get thrown in there against killers like barerra, marquez, morales, cotto, margarito..there is no b*tch in him. I don't know if I can say the same for Floyd.

You think Floyd fighting GGG would silent all the critics that want to see him fight Pac? Wrong, brother. People don't want to see just the challenge Pac poses, but the mystique, the larger fan bases and box office, all the personalities connected to the fight, the drama, delays, frustration waiting, and contrasting styles, etc...

Floyd would probably school GGG at 154, imo, then everyone would dismiss it and say GGG was overrated, etc...

I'm a pretty big Mayweather fan (in the ring), and I felt like Pac and Arum are the reason the first fight didn't go down, but over the last few years, and especially right now, THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO DOUBT IN MY MIND the reason the fight is not happening IS BECAUSE MAYWEATHER IS EITHER SCARED OF PAC or because MAYWEATHER IS SO PETTY he won't work with Arum and Pac and Mayweather should never talk about giving the fans what they want or how it's all about the fans ever again.

I had a blind date last night so I took her to a theater to watch the fight (what a romantic guy I am, huh?) and I thought it was a pretty good fight till the end and watching it at the theater was actually better and cheaper than watching it at home for those curious.

Anyway, if Mayweather doesn't fight Pac next year or before he or Manny lose again, I'm dropping him out of my top 10 all time, and his career will be one big mirage as far as I am concerned. What a ******** bidtch.

He'll get in the ring with Canelo, Mosley, Maidana, Oscar and Cotto at 154, but he's too afraid to fight Manny, who hasn't been KO'ing people in years and who seems to be weaker than in years past (no more peds is my theory, or no more Ariza or something) ??

Doesn't add up but financially we all know it does add up, and it WOULD STILL BE THE BIGGEST FIGHT IN BOX OFFICE HISTORY if it was made, yet Floyd doesn't want that money and legacy? That is why he's not TBE, or even top 10 to me anymore, or at least until he makes that fight.

Hey, if only you can convince some of your other hardcore Floyd fans to opens their eyes and recognize Floyd for the fraud that he is. And I am only saying this in regards to the Manny fight, the fact is Floyd is just petrified of this little man called Pacman. It has nothing to do with blood test, Arum, purse split....blah blah..the guy just sees something in Manny Pacquaio that scares him. Even more sad is how his ****** fans will come on here and keep saying "take the test" as if that is even an issue anymore. Rather than open their eyes to see how their hero continues to create roadblock after roadblock...what a shame. Even with the state of decline Manny is currently in, the guy just won't fight him. What a shame, the only other best welterweight of your era and you won't freaking fight him.

It has to do with him not accepting either offer, setting up his own roadblocks or at least allowing his promoter to, as well as giving the fight lip service, only to do the direct opposite when the chances presented themselves. The only reason that Floyd looks bad is because he is saying with his mouth what both sides were truly saying with their actions.
