Floyd is absolutely right. Manny should've become "his own boss" just like Oscar, Floyd, and Cotto before him. He would be making way more money, and probably on par with Mayweather, at least until Marquez KO'd him, and he probably wouldn't have fought Marquez 4 times in the first place. I'm pretty sure if Pac was a free agent, he wouldn't be fighting Chris Algeri.

Can someone please explain to me why the **** Floyd cares if Manny has to share a % of his purse with Bob Arum? Why doesn't someone ask Floyd how much of that $32 million he's actually going to end up with? I guarantee after the IRS, Haymon, Ellerbe, Floyd Sr. and the rest of his team get their cut he's lucky if he has $10 million left.
