          Seems about right although I think there are some other guys who should be over some in the 40 but as you go down any list more guys become hard to separate and Dougie was definitely a big fan of all the guys I see who I think he is over rating a bit.

                good list but there are guys left off who fit his criteria moreso than guys in the top 20

                Sammy Angott is in the top 20 but no Canzoneri who fought everyone in his era, almost beat everyone and won 3/4 titles at 3 weights by age 22
