Lakva Sim could teach some of the ****ers how to **** the guy punches like a mule it was his overall skill that let him down agienst diaz. One thing that Diaz does really well is think how can I beat this guy while the fight is taking place the guy can ajust nicely but does just not have the power to hold off a power punching pressure fighter. Diaz relies on his volume but I do not think he has the experiance or movement to fend off or out boxing the top guys who are able to punch and put combos together I think it is somewhat of a moot point and I could eat my words but I really dought it Diaz just does not have enough to win. He reminds me of a younger steve johnston but with out the level of skill that johnston had and johnston could hit harder as well Diaz does slap with his punches at times.

Cotto is going to be a pretty tough opponent for Diaz...like someone already said, I'd be surprised if the fight goes down.

Diaz looks good against shopworn guys like Irwin and face first guys like Sim. We haven't really seen him fight a true test, although Sim was a game fighter with a good chin.

I like Diaz and the way he fights...but I agree with Ultimate. Castillo, Corrales, Julio Diaz and the other top guys at 135 outclass and stop Juan.

Also, Jesus Chavez/Juan Diaz would be a great great action fight.
