just curious to see how others who have seen the baby bull fight regard his fihgting style
for me i love his use of multiple angled hooks- he really commits to the body and the head - punches all over
also i love the way he turns his opponents -
seems to lack that ko powr but can definitely overwhelm other opponents with accumulation punching- tko's

his days are numbered as a champion, move over for cottos older brother - jm cotto'll be hurtin' that body while showing him a lot of angles.

but i like his style of fighting.

I actually see this fight Jose Cotto being a real test for Diaz. Jose Cotto is not the best opposition, but he is solid and poses substantial danger.

He's good, but nothing special. I think that Jose Cotto will knock him out. Let's see if he doesn't pull out of this fight.

I know Jose has a good record but, I never seen him fight. Would love to watch Juan Diaz again and vs. Jose Cotto, a must see for me. Let's see if Jose got any pop like his brother.

Juan Diaz fight with alot of energy, the guy is very exciting to watch, he will never bore you. Also he's shown he can take a good punch, he lacks power, but he still can hurt you. If Diaz had power like Chico, he would've been deadly. I like Diaz & I hope he has great career ahead of him.

Diaz stamina is his only real asset. He throws a lot of punches but his punch placement is really poor. He would get beat and stopped by any of the top fighters at 135: Julio Diaz, Diego Corrales, Jose Luis Castillo, etc.

He puts a lot of pressure on fighters he can be patient and really thinks in the ring does not get carried away does not have the power or speed to be a top fighter.
