Funny, at no point did I read anything in this article about Algieri saying he is going to keep Pacquiao honest with his power. He suggested that he kept Ruslan at bay with his "power". I suggest that he fled Ruslan all night, only occasionally stopping to pot-shot him & then resuming hauling ass.

I don't think Pac has lost much hand or foot speed but his energy level isn't what it was before. This could be due to age or boredom with his opponents or a mixture of both.

The only difference is Lara actually RAN, Algieri boxed, he sticked and moved Lara runs in fights and didn't even throw many shots agianst Canelo, Algieri was popping the jab,a nd setting off combos on the back foot constantly.

Algieri has a high workrate, Lara seems to just throw flicking jabs and pot shots not many combos.

The other difference is that Canelo couldn't land on Lara. I thought Lara's performance was better than Algeri's. The other difference is star power. Canelo's is GBP's cash cow.
