Broner may not be the most talented guy out there but you can't question his heart. I got mad respect for Broner after that fight.

at worst he was pulling that **** trying to save his record and his title because he was out of ideas, but not because he couldnt take the punishment. he proved that by staying in there and taking the punishment until the last bell.

again, if he wanted a way out he could have quit at any point. trying to steal a win isnt quitting, its nor admirable but its not quitting. i dont think anyone liked what they saw but that doesnt change the fact that he stood his ground and fought for 12 rounds like a warrior.
This is one of the worst posts in the history of NSB.

I don't think so. He did show grit in taking the Maidana beat down but also showed moments of weakness. He tried everything in his power to protect his precious unbeaten record. He even tried to get Maidan Dq'd and sucker punch him after the bell.

Now that he has been beaten I don't see him taking that type of punishment again. This happens all the time in boxing and I have no doubt it will happen again.

Also Taylor isn't a big puncher nor does he have a great work rate. Taylor is a welled schooled boxer with determination but lacks the physical gifts to be great. Broner going toe to toe with Taylor just farther proves that he's an average fighter with the right connections.

Broner is a talented boxer with sub par defense, nothing more nothing less.

Blood and Guts? Idk. He is tough though. Nobody can take that away from him. he's slightly better than average with good power and amazing handspeed...but he doesnt throw many punches...truth be told he has fast feet but doesnt move much. he's a contradiction in the ring. But its entertaining. I'd love to see him in more slugfest

If Broner is a Blood and Guts warrior than Rios is a Masterful Tactician and Defensive Wizard.

Yes he is. I can't stand him but he behaves like a fighter in the ring.

Behaving the way should be behaving when in the ring doesn't qualify him as a blood and guts warrior. If so everyone including the likes of Miguel Vasquez are blood and guts warriors.

If anything Broner is a good action fighter in spurts, but for the most part he is just as dumbfounded in the ring as his fans are in society.

Broner behaves like a (fighter). He does not behave like a tactition. Vaquez behaves like a tactition. There are different styles inside the ring. Don't try to insert your flawed logic into my post. Broner stays in the pocket and exchanges, that's fighting. He doesn't dance around the ring, refusing to exchange. If you hit him he tries to answer back immediately. I don't like him, but I give him credit for behaving like a fighter.
