Quigg then offered to fight him on the Mayweather undercard but was turned down by Santa Cruz's people.

SO… the man who puts his life on the line has no say? Because if he didn't i would understand but truth is I'm sure he does. Sure Haymon can stick his 2 cents in but it all boils down to Leo. I mean, look at Ward, Mikey and Chavez Jr, they are fighting back because wanted their own voice. I just feel LSC is comfortable with the fights he is presented, and that is something I can't stand behind of.
