He just seems like a naturally fun guy who doesn't take himself too seriously. He doesn't come across as insecure or jealous of other people's success the way Mayweather does. He just seems to be enjoying being young, rich and in the spotlight. Doing his own thing.

People should want to see him succeed to an extent. Your favourite fighters will all make money fighting him. I was gutted when the Khan fight didn't come off. I would obviously root against him in the fight but was excited for the build-up.

Probably going to get pelters from all angles for this thread but I think Adrien Broner is good for boxing and always have.

He's got personality and there aren't many characters left in the sport any more. I find him FAR more naturally charismatic and way funnier than Floyd Mayweather. Some of his **** is a bit corny and hit 'n' miss but I find myself laughing more often than not.



A bit silly but at least he's trying to be creative. Not up there spouting the same old tired **** about money or being completely deadpan. It got a laugh out of me. The Malignaggi build-up was probably the most entertaining **** I've ever seen since Prince Naseem and Kevin Kelly.

I wouldn't say I'm a diehard fan. I don't rate him that highly as a boxer but I would like to see him do well and be involved in some big fights because it would be entertaining regardless.

Agree with almost everything you wrote. Honestly his act sometimes comes off as coonish and beyond ignorant sometimes taking his ****** trash persona too far , but he's entertaining and can attract people that aren't boxing fans. Which is a good thing.
