There is no other sport where the A side gets to dictate terms over the B side(s) & that shouldn't happen in boxing either. Rules/regulations should apply to every one all the same.
see my addendum. I agree boxing should be regulated.

A sides and b sides don't apply in other sports. That said-in the NBA stars get calls. In the NFL the QB is more protected than any other position. So there are "advantages" in other sports.

Gamefrk can I ask you a question and please be honest-when did you first become aware of glove choice? do you feel the same about ring size?

You're comparing a one on one sport with a team sport? Stop with the ****** analogy man.

I have been aware of the glove choice thing since Morales/Oscar forced them on their opponents.

Regarding ring size: of course there should be standard ring size as well. Why not? Not too small, not too big..I;m sure the commissions can decide on that.

its not farfetched. Mayweather did say that any fighter fighting him from now on has to wear the same gloves he's wearing.

Funny lol big dunn contradicting himself yet again like his idol:

"stop trying to make a cross sport analogy. its ******ed and doesn't hold up because those sports are games or competitions put on by a league or entity."

Just giving an example of advantages in team sports since there are no a sides an b sides.

Has this been an issue for you since then, or did it become an issue when Floyd made Maidana change before the last fight?

Maidana isn't in a position to turn a floyd fight down obviously. Especially over something like glove choice.
                  no, he isn't.

Dunn. You believe A-side makes all of the demands.

Manny was the A-side when the first negotiations fell thru. Why should he be the one to accept Floyd's demand for testing beyond what was required by the commission?
