Here's another fool that played games with Provo. Ruslan gave him first shot as he wanted to defend the title he just won at 140. Rios was nowhere to be found, and once Provo got tired of waiting and signed Algieri, then Provo cried foul, screaming he'd fight Provo at 140 or 147... It didn't matter to him, but he sure didn't say those things before Provo was committed to Algieri. NOW he claims he's not afraid, he'll fight Provo IF the money is right. Neither guy has a title so money shouldn't be a concern. Rios who STILL hasn't beaten anyone credible, was behind on the scorecards in his last fight before his opponent got DQ'd, thinks he deserves top fights for the biggest payday. Calling out Cotto because he sees that Canelo will make massive money with Cotto... This stuff is a joke. Provos camp is the one who said Rios can't make 140 before Algierie and Rios said I can make 140. There is an article posted on here look it up.
