i dont get how rios is making a demand that he will only fight ruslan if the money is right as if he has any choice? he needs to fight ruslan to get any big fights in the future if he's thinking about big fights.

I think he just wants to be a pain in that aspect cause they dogged him in the first place when he wanted that fight now that Ruslan lost and is now asking for the fight I think Rios is just flexing on them.
