    Those drills develop reflexes, head movement, and defense. They work great.

          I wouldn't question mayweather's training regiment, he hasn't lost yet. He knows what he is doing.

              Where did I question it FOR him? I said this in relation to TMT stable - what suits Floyd may not be as effective for others, and can be even risky because it's a drill, and drill is a habit, that's all I'm saying.
