Maidana has 31 KOs in 35 fights using those gloves with very little padding in the knuckles. How many KO's would he have if he did not have that unfair advantage? How many of those past opponents would have objected to the use of gloves that gave him an unfair advantage if they had the chance? How many of those past opponents had the power that Mayweather has to prevent Maidana from using gloves that gave him an unfair advantage?

You can't answer any of these questions, so I will answer them for you. 1. a lot less than 31 KOs. 2. We will never know. 3. NONE

Yeah, it's kind of pathetic when some posters choose to defend a fighter no matter if he is clearly acting like a ***** and a bad sportsman. Fans shouldnt like a fighter more then the sport... It's strange, i get if you like floyd for his skills but why not call him on his bull**** instead of acting like his boyfriend defending him no matter what... Less padding around the knuckles gives a fighter a distinct advantage and this could explain why a lot of fighters are knockout artists. If you are a good or great fighter, you should be able to win with any kind of gloves. If you are only able to win with a glove that gives you an unfair advantage, that is no different than using PEDs or cheating in some other way.

If Maidana were fighting someone without the influence of Mayweather, he would be able to get away with this form of cheating.

Or be able to win against any kind of gloves. Only difference being nobody argues for Chino being a great while Floyds fans erroneously refer to him as TBE.
