I kinda want Quillin to beat Korobov and the Edwards, then his name would look better in Golovkin win column.

But, then again, if Korobov wins he would fight GGG right away. With Quillin, we can never know.

I think Korobov will win tough, clear decision with maybe a couple knockdowns.

If Korobov wins, odds are they fight early next year with GGG. I'd hope they did it on the Canelo/Cotto undercard to build up a perspective fight between the winners, but Bob and Cotto don't roll like that. Most likely it'll be filled with meh fights and Cotto prospects

More shocking to me is everyone overlooking that Quillin's stamina is consistently bad himself he always starts gassing after 5 or 6 rounds. Most relevant though is that Korobov maintains his technique and quality of boxing even when he is tired i assume because of his experience and 321 fight amateur career his output just drops somewhat.

In contrast when Quillin gets tired his technique goes and punches get sloppy, his already mediocre defense becomes more open, he lays on the ropes and it gets so bad sometimes his body language almost makes it look like he's hurt but its just him being tired. He also has a lower average punch output per round than Korobov yet people say Matvey's workrate will be his downfall.

His punches also start to slow down and Korobov throws fast and hard counter punches. Also when Korobov slides, I guarantee he'll drop Quillin once from doing it

                Eh... maybe not?

I mean, Korobov might push forward, but not like Gabe Was, he was really putting on the pressure. Korobov might also wait a little to long for a chance to counter.

I think Korobov will cut the ring better, Gabe let Quillin off the hook a couple of times.

So fat Daniel announced a showtime quadruple header for nov. 1. If the reason for all these problems is haymon doesn't want quillin outside sho.... Then that's probably it.
