Nothing about Quillin says G to me - he is one of those champions that still needs sof defenses to build up his confidence and skill set - Korobov is a world class fighter he should be able to simply out box Quillin and if he presses the issue Quillin will see the canvas at some point - its all up to the Korobov that shows up

I think he can win, don't get me wrong, but I have it as a 50/50 at this point. Both of them gas late, Korobov can get kind of tricky early and when he picks up his second win.

Quillin does hit harder than what Korobov is used to and if he can land his jab and stop Korobov in his tracks, it'll back Korobov down for a while.

I have a feeling neither showtime nor HBO will pick up the fight leaving Roc Nation looking dumb paying nearly 2mil for a Quillin fight.

I think this will be Kid Chocolate's last defense, I just don't see him getting past Korobov with just his heart and a little power in his gloves.

His skill set is just a little too crude to me at this point, but he should be proud of what he did accomplish with what he did have to work with.

Yeah they might of wanted to send a message that we're here to make noise but they best learn market value real quick or they will not last.

It would of been a great co-main to Kovalev/Hopkins but what chance is there HBO would touch it for that price tag.

It's going to be independent PPV then Quillen can claim he's a PPV star so GGG isn't on his level.

Don't think HBO has the money or feels like spending it.
Showtime had a show in mind for then, but could probably move it to Nov 15th...unless the rumored Canelo fight lands there, which I doubt.

Can it be that HBO pays just some small portion and Roc Nation ends up in a loss from this overpayed purse but be ok with it? I mean they should have known the networks won't pay for this fight good money.

Along with Korobov's skill set and pedigree he's also a Southpaw so i have a difficult time imagining Quillin keeping him at bay, bothering him, or landing his jab which isn't too noteworthy to begin with with much consistency. Did he control Rosado with his jab?

I'm no quillen fan, but I haven't been impressed by korobov. Good form, sure, but **** stamina, **** speed, powers nothing special. I could see Pete koing him.
