Roy Jones is not Jeff Lacy. Let's not get carried away, gentlemen. We can pose this question better when Joe continues to elevate his career by facing the likes of Tarver, Kessler, and so forth.

Too bad Joe wants to fight Roy and Roy wants to fight Joe NOW...a meaningless fight.

Sometimes seeing a great fighter gets badly beaten all of the wonders that he did will be set aside and sometimes would get disrespected... Its such a shame that people may even say that Calzaghe prime will dominate RJJ prime... I couldnt help itbut feel bad... When RJJ was at his prime everyone was praising him. Now that Calzaghe defeated Lacy suddenly people will give more props to joe than to RJJ are the opponents of RJJ prime where not even close to what lacy has to offer ... Surely Calzaghe is good but not good enough for a prime RJJ.

Roy Jones wins, his hands are just way too fast. I would like to see Tarver vs Joe C, would be a bit awkward being that they are both southpaws. It may happen, but I dont know how Joe would do at 175.

Jones has been exposed. He can't handle good movement combined with pressure. Calzaghe is a much bigger fighter also, just like Tarver.

roy jones was overrated and scared of being hit he was also caught taking steroids he gets no respect from me, he did not hit hard enough to keep calzaghe off him.

a lot of people who are putting jones down in this match up have never seen roy at 160-168 lbs...roy wasn't the 'passive' pot shot at a time fighter we saw at his light heavyweight division...at middleweight roy had the power and speed to throw 10 punch combos that would swarm guys like BH, Molina, Mcallum, Toney....he was fearless..he had that hunger...he was a totally different animal than the coddled softened HBO creation post-jose gonzalez (i beleive the last time he was ever razor sharp)...make no mistake...'RJ' and 'HBO Jones' are two different fighters....

I don't care what you people say.

Roy would have made Joe look silly as ****.

right on mate... Some people are saying $#it against RRJ. When rrj defeated toney dont tell me all that he do is run. RRJ Prime VS lacy would be a no brainer. You can not win to a fighter that you can not hit. RRJ can not even be compared to PBF.
