LOL...and to think I thought Lacy could beat Roy. I think Roy could even beat Lacy NOW. Lacy is predictable.

Seeing Joe in there tonight made me wonder how many rounds he'd win off of a prime RJJ. He might actually have gotten a few. Maybe.

Yeah Lacy stood up to alot.

I was disappointed that he didnt win, because man,it was a shut out.

In my gut I felt lacy was green. But its probably more than that,he seriously needs to work on his skills,or rather on his plan of attack.

Im still intrested in lacy, this didnt really diminish that, but I was always cautiously optomistic on lacy.

However,Anybody saying Calz belongs in the top p4p slot needs to,and will be, shot.He broke into the list, but no higher than nine,in fact nine maybe pushing it.

Was I disappointed by Lacys BOXING performance? Hell yeah. I thought the progress he had shown in his previous matches, putting punches togther, showing some semblence of defense, added on to his power, would equal a strong showing against Calzaghe. Me being from the U.S., and Lacy going into "enemy territory" had me pulling for him, you know, the "underdog" theme and all. But I'm NOT dissapointed by Lacy's heart, chin, and gameness. After the third round, I knew that Lacy was in for a long night. But he took his beating and didn't quit on the stool. I look at this night as a revelation for me, because having never seen Calzaghe fight, and seeing him for the first time in a performance like that, hey, big ups to him. 168 is definetly on my must watch list.

I'm a happy man tonight. I just wanted to drop by and post since I've been in some heated arguments in here before by saying that Left Haymaker has no skills and was going to lose this one. His corner was begging him to 'straighten up the right' but it's like asking a turd not to stink. All I can do is laugh.
