His resume and claim of a title at 140 is totally BS. Instead of Khan, Rios, and Provo, he faced Likar Ramos, Fedchenko, and. Alvarado. He has faced much easier competition compared to Pac .

You are right. He blatantly ducked guerrero in early 2011 to face Ramos. JMM wanted an easy tune up that wouldn' risk the 3rd Pac fight. Guerrero was JMM's mandatory so this was a clear duck.
