Its not like the fight was on PPV. He needed a confidence booster after the Herrera robbery and Salka fit the bill. Now its on him to do what's right and fight an elite guy next. If its not Peterson, Broner or someone like that then he deserves the blame.
The only thing I don't like is him channeling his inner Floyd saying his health comes first. Maybe he is content with what he has done so far and wants to take it easy like Floyd.

Can't hate on his progress so far. If it wasn't danny who would retire morales it would have been someone else. If he gets back to fighting legit guys then maybe we will forget this.

Of course not, no one's debating he's beated the guys he's supposed to lose, all credit where it's due, Garcia shined where he needed to, the problem is been acting like he's not only the **** @140 but he claims that's he's gonna take over the welterweight division....................man honestly he's a legit dude but I don't see him beating Mayweather, Marquez, Pacquiao, Bradley, Porter, Maidana, Thurman, Guerrero, Alexander, Brook, hell I don't even see him beating Berto.

yea you right, canelo fought lara and trout, u forgot to mention he looked mediocre versus Trout and like an amateur versus Lara.....Canelo, well, he also fought matthew hatton for the vacant WBC belt, meanwhile Swift beat Morales for the WBC belt (future HOF and the same guy that schooled Maidana), Canelo defended his WBC belt against ryan rhodes, alfonso gomez, kermit cintron, and josesito lopez......... Swift defended his WBC belt versus Khan and took Khan's WBA belt and won the Ring belt all in the same fight with a 4th round KO, also defended his WBC belt versus Judah, Matthysse, and Herrera (the present interim WBA champ).....Swift's opponents are still relevant in the game and that alone says a lot about the level of competition he's faced

This Salka fight made these Haymon fighters start saying, "boxing is a business." Peterson said it. Garcia said it and I heard Broner for the first time in his career repeatedly saying the same thing. And Broner wants an 8 figure cheque if he's asked to fight Garcia.

How can SHO afford these fights when they can't even afford to pay artists for their posters?
