Porter didn't really do anything worth noting. He was aggressive, sure, but he was wild and threw a ton of non meaningful shots that didn't land. Brooke was never really in any danger while Porter seemed hurt/stunned on a couple occasions. Brooke stayed calm and stuck to his game plan even while dealing with Porters charge of wildness. Brooke landed the cleaner shots throughout the fight while Porter just looked lost.

Being there live it looked like Porter outworked Brook. I think the 114-114 card was the closest to the truth. A lot of the other media I sat with had Brook by a point or a draw

I'll take Brook's clean right hands and left hooks over whatever that was Porter was doing in there.

Had it 7-5. People around me though porter won but kell was consistently landing the cleaner and harder shots. A few rounds were pretty close but porter really was sloppy.

Let's be real here, Brook won and it wasn't a close fight. Nothing Porter did was effective, all of his shots were smothered, he only landed punches behind the head. Brook just outclassed Porter in every way. 117-111 Brook.

All of the clean, effective work was done by Brook. You don't win by "outworking" or "pressing the action".
