What a bunch of BS. I saw threads about Cotto vs Rubio on here and it was just the opposite. People knew Cotto would never take the chance and said "I'll believe it when I see it".

It's Cotto we're talking about. You know how his career works. He beats injured guys at the end of their careers, rides his nationalistic fan fervor about "fight anyone big balls Cotto the warrior" into a big money fight, loses it badly. Repeat.

Rubio is a live opponent who doesn't offer a 20 mil paycheck so he isn't in the cards.

When are we going to see the Quillin fight? I like Quillin but he needs to man up and fight Golovkin. Cotto is deserving of a tune up after dethroning Martinez but he should be getting ready for GGG as well.

I'm so sick of this "multiple champions per division" bullshit. It is a mockery of the sport and everyone is sick of it.

pray that korobov beats quillin; arum has indicated that he's willing to put korobov in there with golovkin (granted he may change his mind if matvey picks up a strap) so hopefully it would put the wbo belt back in circulation.

a complete fantasy. first of all, he was cotto's mandatory so he could hardly be called a cherry pick, second of all, no one ever said that!

I understand what you are saying but Can we also pray Rubio beats GGG since he doesn't have an HBO deal and can then fight quillin?

Now I am really curious who Cotto will be fighting I. December. Since it is not ppv, who else could it be if not Rubio or GGG? Is it going to be Timmy?

Cotto wouldn't fight Rubio get real

                      Just don't even kid yourselves

                      It's Cotto

Now I understand that if he DID fight Rubio, people would have a good laugh. He ducked Golovkin by saying he wasn't famous enough, then fights Rubio instead?

The thing is, he would never fight Rubio either. Maybe when Rubio is 60 and lost some of his toes to frostbite.
