will be very happy for kovelpoop if he wins, doe. a win for kovelpoop, especially via knockout, will mean so much for the future of the sport. these are fighters that i can't stay mad at.

hopkins is almost 50. he gets a pass for quitting against dawson, being a tad racist, etc.

i thnk you're goint to start to see fighters fighting into their 40's much more frequently. matchmaking is getting lighter, especially for established fighter on the networks. top hbo and showtime guys fight twice a year against less than top opposition, and make a mill or two in purses each time. you can sustain that, and you have the motivation to do it. easy money. peds make it easy to extend careers, and they're all on them.
