How about this, learn how to score fights then were can discuss the outcome of a fight.

Better yet, form an opinion based off facts and not revisionist history.


Maidana was competitive and fought his heart out, if the fight played out the way it did and it wasn't Mayweather, Maidana would have still lost.

Fights are scored round by round and there is no way you can justify giving Maidana 7 rounds when he barely won 4....stop reaching and learn more about boxing

The same can be said about Floyd "the only clear rounds he won were _, _," Maybe he didn't "clearly" win 5 rounds. BUT the fight was close and for any fighter to win by 4-5 points is incorrect. Of course, imo.

If his name was not Floyd, you would be saying differently. How do you give Floyd 4-2 in the first 6 rounds? So you are saying that even if Maidana continued to fight the way he did the first 6 rounds, you still would have given Floyd an 8-4 victory? WOW, just wow!

Again, it's not inconceivable to have it that way considering Mayweather won rounds 2,4 and 6 clearly. Either 4-2 Mayweather or 3-3, even. Again, 3rd round could have gone either way.
