LOL.
And to boot Aduckis just turned down 50/50 for a Canadian Superfight with Jean Pascal (who is a bigger draw up there than Stevenson). That was a huge money fight -- Canadian PPV, American pay cable, and plenty of foreign distribution rights money.
After Aduckis won that title and handled a few solid contenders, he basically decided at some point that he wanted about 8 soft defenses before he ever takes a legit challenge again. Unbelievable.
He went from a guy who moved up in weight to fight a lineal champion and knocked him out in 1 round (becoming beloved by all for embodying the "carpe diem" spirit of a great warrior-champion) ... to becoming a universally loathed ducker (by all except a few trolls who don't represent the opinion of actual boxing fans) and he made this sad transformation for the worse all in the span of 12 months.

How exactly is that Stevenson's fault?

Stick JMM somewhere between 4-7 if you consider him a WW (not naturally Ofc) but he could beat the guys from 7-15.
People expect Mayweather to fight the best because he's top rated and has a huge mouth.
People expect Pacquiao to fight the best because he's top rated.
People expect Khan to fight strong contenders in order earn a fight with Manny/Floyd because he has a big mouth.
People don't make a big deal of Porter-Diaz 1 because Porter isn't being an obnoxious pr*ck. people being up your(royal) failures if you act better than everybody else (Khan, Floyd, Broner) or if you are at a superstar level (Pacquiao, Canelo, Cotto) and have a lot of detractors.
