I think it's safe to say that while Golden Boy is promoting the fight, Al Haymon or Floyd are actually fronting all the cash for the promotion itself. The entire time Scaefer has been in there he has been doing it with Oscars money, now Haymon must use his own bankroll and it's lead to crap undercards and asking for free promotinal artwork lol. The Al Haymon way.
