I dont see how Broner beats hardly any top fighters at 140-47. Not only is 130-35 weak to begin with but he was the much larger guy.

      Percent 40% 35%

Compare those numbers with Maidana - Floyd's:

      Landed 230 221
      Thrown 426 858
      Percent 54% 26%

So if your point was to prove that Maidana is the guy who has done best vs. Mayweather, by purposely ignoring Castillo, here I just proven you wrong with the numbers. If there are many people saying that Maidana should have won or at least drawn that fight, then those same people (and many others more) would agree that the Castillo 1 fight was a blowout in favor of Castillo and he was therefore blatantly robbed.

Fights are not scored per total punches connected but punches connected per rds. So if you really want to proved that Castillo won, post their total punched connected per rd. We can then count how many rds each boxer won. Simple as that

I agree with Broner as far as it being easier for Floyd this time. Floyd will be more accustomed to Maidana's style this go around. He will be able to adjust better given the element of surprise is no longer in Maidana's favor. That is unless Maidana changes his style completely which I doubt.

Maybe someone can put together an analysis of rematches. But from what I have seen, the Boxer usually has an improved performance in a rematch and wins by a wider margin. That's what history has shown I believe.

When Mayweather wins...Broner should get the rematch.

Castillo was a blowout?????? Seriously you must be joking. The amt of punches landed does not dictate the winner of the fight. Ifna man lands 250 punches in 2 rounds of a 12 rd fight and 20 punches over the next 10 rds. That gives him 450 total. Lets say his opponent completely out boxes him over the next 10 rds. The 1st man won the 1st 2 rds but lost the next 10 rds. He could very well have more punches land and still lose the fight. Maidana should have been penalized for rabbit punches he even punched floyd in the back when floyd ducked 1 of his punches. Maidana punches wild but I think floyd will counter him into a tko. When ever floyd has a rematch he always does much better that the 1st outing.

Broner can have his rematch, but he has to wear the gloves Maidana chooses.

Then No way did Guerrero do better than Mosley, Cotto..
By your logic, Margarito is the GOAT. Considering he throws and lands a million punches on his opponents
