Broner loses again. His footwork is mediocre. He's always going to have problems fighting guys with huge power since he likes to exchange too much & doesn't move enough. He's obviously been avoiding Molina Jr. & Matthysse. His only really good win in his career is against DeMarco. But besides that all his other wins he's fought guys much smaller than him or with not much power. And I do think he lost against Ponce De Leon.

Win or lose on September 13th, Maidana will probably retire.

Punches landed on Mayweather:

Cotto 105

Alvarez 117
Maidana 221
(Punches):
Total Castillo Floyd
Landed 203 157
Thrown 506 448
Percent 40% 35%
Compare those numbers with Maidana - Floyd's:
Total Floyd Maidana
Landed 230 221
Thrown 426 858
Percent 54% 26%
So if your point was to prove that Maidana is the guy who has done best vs. Mayweather, by purposely ignoring Castillo, here I just proven you wrong with the numbers. If there are many people saying that Maidana should have won or at least drawn that fight, then those same people (and many others more) would agree that the Castillo 1 fight was a blowout in favor of Castillo and he was therefore blatantly robbed.Last edited by sterilizer; 08-11-2014, 06:32 PM.
