Muhammed Ali fought Joe Frazier three times. He fought Ken Norton two times. Sugar Ray Leonard fought an immediate rematch with Roberto Duran after Duran beat him. Shane Mosley fought immediate rematches with Vernon Forest and Winky Wright after they beat him. He fought a rematch with Fernando Vargas after a close fight (even though Mosley KO'd him the first time). Evander Holyfield fought Rid**** Bowe three times and Mike Tyson twice. Manny Pacquaio fought Eric Morales twice and JMM four times. Floyd Mayweather fought an immediate rematch with Jose Luis Castille after a close, controversial fight. He is fighting a rematch with Marcos Maidana after a competitive fight.

Do you guys see the point?

The great ones fight rematches with their best opponents. They don't dodge them or move on to fight weaker competition. Garcia should have fought a rematch with Matthysse after a close, competitive fight. Instead, he chose to fight a lesser quality fighter in Herrera. He beat Herrera in a controversial fight and should have fought an immediate rematch to prove that he is better than Herrera. Instead, he chose to fight a guy who was ranked 77th in the world in a lower weight division.

Garcia doesn't deserve to be ranked among the top P4P fighter of today and he deserves all the criticism he is getting as his next fight will probably be against another weak opponent who is not even as good as Herrera.

The way Danny Garcia was swinging for the fences with reckless abandon was just sad. This guy thought he was prime Tyson the way he was swinging on helpless Salka. Shameful fight. Why didn't he do that against Herrera? Danny and his team need to go and in the next few years they will disband like throwing rocks at a flock of pigeons.

Would you have wanted him to take it easy on him in a professional fight, your joking right. If Garcia didn't beat him down he'd have lames like you crying and complaining that Garcias a bum because Salka lasted 8 rds and you gave Salka 3 rds and this proves what a bum Garcia is.


Personally I like how Garcia handled the fight he blew him out which is what he's supposed to do that KO was sick.I'd rather he fight the way he did then how Broner fought Molina and didn't seem to take it out of 2nd gear. Props to Salka for taking the fight Takes allot of balls to try and be a real life Rocky.

I like both fighters, Garcia has a chin on him it wouldnt be easy. Honestly I don't know who I'd pick or be rooting for just let the best fighter win, that fight would be insane if it ever got made but don't think it will Unfortunatly.
