Speaking of hypocrisy; They are all given honorary badges by most boxing fans. This isn't right nor fair. All women deserve equal protection from men when it comes to violence. There is no justification for a married man to strike his wife or for any man to get physical with a woman or his girlfriend.

The best case scenario for that situation, when a man feels need to want to hit a woman is for him to simply leave and break up with her by dissolving the marriage and the relationship itself in the process.
U ever been in a room with a crazy b.itch? U ever had a girl grab ur shirt while u try to walk away? U ever had the same girl try to scratch u while pulling ur shirt? I'm not defending beating on women, but some of u "macho" men put women up on a pedestal and act like women can't ever do no wrong, no matter how crazy they are....

And to the guy who called me a macho man, Chucksucker... One word for u: ******...

      • Well, this is what happens when a supposed news outlet continually drifts and drifts further into opinion shows and editorials.

It's basically like dudes shooting the **** all day now and there are at least 10 talking heads a day giving opinions on stuff that is WELL outside their area of expertise.

If they cared about the issue such as Rice the anchors would be out there giving facts and statistics on domestic violence and how to avoid it. I understand that is not their job, but reporting news and giving a larger context should be. Instead, they just have a bunch of blowhards talking about issues but with no facts, just opinions. Not a good recipe. They should blame themselves.

I saw that part of the article as well, but I think that is a bit of spin. I don't understand how the topic could be avoided when they are the network that sets the narrative for so much that goes on in sports. That show lasts for 3 hours and takes live calls, how could the topic be avoided. Seems like a hypocritical request.
