I was neutral on him before and after he beat Matts. I was okay with the Herrera match-up because I knew he was capable. The only thing I've criticized Garcia for is this garbage match-up because it's THAT bad. Young champions should be held to a high standard. One fighter (and fanbase) that I grew annoyed with was Canelo. Once he started fighting solid opposition consistently, it was all good. Garcia gave fans a legit reason to root against him this time.

Why do the same 3-4 guys constantly talk about Matthysses fans. It's been like that since before the Garcia fight was signed.

Garcia is always picked to lose and never given any credit after he wins..The man is the constant underdog who always comes out on top....Why people hate him so much is beyond me,he is polite,down to earth and comes to fight in the ring..It is not just his upcoming fight, he has been dogged out since he hit the main stage...from the Morales fights to the Khan fight and especially the Mattysee fight...why is this man so hated?

Come on man, we expect that crap from Garcia's Dad because he is what he is. But be more honest.

Every puncher that comes along NSB labels as the guy to beat Floyd. Then that guy says he wants to fight Floyd but Floyd is scared. His cornball fans and the anti Floyd NSB crowd echoes it. Then for months on end we have to read how everyone is ducking this guy and how he is the future. SO when that guy loses we get a huge laugh out of it

I get that, but a potential Matthysse-FMJ fight has been over as a discussion topic for a long time now. Floyd fans don't need to keep jumping in Mattthysse threads or pretend to like Garcia and Marquez or whoever should happen to get a win over a potential FMJ opponent.
