because he is a boxer whos winning (when you do that, you become hated around here) unless ur ggg. U know no boxers are allowed to have had fights anymore either. So by him having a hard fight against another professional fighter in which most felt he lost that makes him a bum or over hyped... And he beat lucas m... And an old morales... So that brought on alot of hate as well

Because Matthysse has a big internet fanbase and he was perceived as scared of him, and then he beat him. So I'd say it's that.

Plus, Lord Angel is ATG so people project their jealously of Angel onto Danny.

He was hated even before that. He was called average, and that he's never going to be a top fighter, after he beat Holt. The Morales fight made all hell break loose, then he knocked out Khan and got temporary love. The fans started asking him to fight Matthysse, accusing him of being scared, etc. he fights Judah and all hell breaks loose again. After the Matthysse win, they went back to not liking him. The Herrera fight, which I thought Garcia won, made him become the ultimate villain. Now the Salka fight there is no explanation for that, that fight should be hated on.

Point is, the guy was never liked, even before he made it big.

Before the Lucas fight the hate was just thunderstorms. After he beat Lucas the hate elevated to hurricane status. After the Herrera robbery it elevated to category 3. After Rod Salka its now Broner status.

Garcia is always picked to lose and never given any credit after he wins..The man is the constant underdog who always comes out on top....Why people hate him so much is beyond me,he is polite,down to earth and comes to fight in the ring..It is not just his upcoming fight, he has been dogged out since he hit the main stage...from the Morales fights to the Khan fight and especially the Mattysee fight...why is this man so hated?

Completely false. I don't know why people always say this. He was the underdog twice, against Khan and Matthysse. He's been the favorite to win every other fight starting with Morales 1, and probably before that as well. He was supposed to kill Judah and Herrera. 2 fights out of 5 or 6 is not "always the underdog."

People don't like him because of his father, and because he beat two fighters with huge NSB fanbases at the time. Simple as that.

His dad, though he brings "some" needed controversy to the sport is also a reason hes hated. Some of it is a bit overboard but im not over emotional like the group of guys who complain about him. If im going to put hate into something or a person id rather it be towards pedo-files, or people who bomb innocent children n women.... I hate those guys, boxing is just a sport i love so i dont have any agendas like other clowns.

we agree. but morales had success after Barrera-even beating Manny. After Zahir-2-7 no notable wins. its in the books dude.
