This. I don't know how people came to that conclusion. Rigo may or may not be working with Arum in the future but right now Rigondeaux vs. Avalos has been ordered by the WBO, so Rigo's promoters are simply trying to reach an agreement with Top Rank, who as you said promotes Avalos. They have no choice. They know they won't win the purse bid even if Top Rank only offers 50k.
