Was watching a bit of Cotto-Margarito II last night. Still can't believe they stopped that fight. It was an even bigger joke second time watching it.

I dont think it was going to make a difference. One of Cotto best round was the last one. He did not look tired.

They're called Championship Rounds for a reason. Separate the men from the boys. Cotto has tended to tire badly in those rounds. That was a 9 round fight before a bell had even rung.

he looked dead tired. he used up a lot of energy in round 9 keeping margarito off him. he was flopping and falling into margarito over and over. the last 3 rounds were going to be very tough for him. the last 2 or 3 rounds marg was coming on strong in energy and cotto was fading fast. then cotto acts like a badass and stares margarito down after that lame stoppage like yea i got you back except he needed help to do so. a fights 12 rounds not 9 cotto. so pathetic.
