I just see two active high level boxers. No excuses here.

Hopkins hasn't beat a top fighter in years. Your fooled. Lol come on. Your gonna judge a fight off a Rd and a half. Break it down for me. Kovalev is much more versatile then given credit for. A rangy southpaw landing one decent punch before getting destroyed says nothing.

Hes 49 years old. How old does hopkins have to be before it changes from an "excuse" to reality for you?

Not for nothing, but Hopkins IS old. If Kovalev kicks the crap out of him, I think it would be largely attributed to Hopkins age and I'm a Kovalev fan.

Hopkins had to be licking his chops last night

It's an advantage that very few will ever earn. That's why Kovalev needs to go in there and make him look every bit his age, leaving no doubt that this is a young(er) man's sport. B-Hop's last two fights could possibly turn out to be Kov and Adonis. He'll be lucky to escape those two unscathed.

I hope that B-Hop reads the postings on this thread a figures out a way to retire with some grace...
