ITT: You have to be a hall of famer (before your career even hardly starts) to beat Hopkins (at 49)

out of all the punchers in the sport kovalev is my favorite. His combinations just flows naturally. It's so beautiful to watch.

Ask 100 boxing fans do you think kovalev will end up in the HOF and most will say no

        deal with it

I think Hopkins bit off more than he can chew here. Kovalev hits like a Mack truck... Not only that, he throws in combination

He's not gonna be in the HOF doe...... he has no chance at beating the 50 year old Hopkins

Because you put ''(face first brawler)'' I was expecting a highlight showcasing his defense.

Hopkins is going to get beat down, badly. Very unfortunate. But it is why he is getting compensated with $2million
Not one dimensional? He's clearly better than those 3 which ones you wrote above but please tell me how many dimesnions, how many gameplans has he? He literally said that he has just one gameplan so yes he is a one dimensional fighter. He is very good in that one dimesnion though and that was enough for now but against B-Hop I think it won't be enough. If Hopkins would be 10 years younger he'd make a clown from Kovalev, now it's a little harder to pick but I pick Hopkins by clear UD victory. If I won't be right I'll appreciate Kovalev, but now for me he is very overrated and I don't think that he can do with Hopins what he did with the Cleverleys, Campillos and Agnews of the world. If you think that he will walk through on Hopkins like a beast, like he did against Cleverley or Sillakh you will be surprised.
                  Can I bet with you?

And I tell again I'm pretty sure that before the B-Hop fight when the Pavik hype was in full effect people said the same thing about Pavlik like you now from Kovalev, namely that he isn't just a power puncher but he has skills and what happened after?

Hopkins beating Kovalev 10 years ago is such a sure thing? You mean the Hopkins who didn't look so good against Oscar up until the "KO"? Yeah, he looked like such a killer then. Kovalev would be a handful for any version of Hopkins... I'm just waiting for the fight to happen and Kovalev gets DQ'd.
