Very easy win IMO and against a quality opponent. He can go out in style with a win.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong but I think the Tarver/Hopkins fight is already signed for June 10th.

It is signed... but he won't beat Tarver. I would have made a fight with Sturm instead.

I see your point, Sturm would have been a easier opponent.

you make no sense. The jury is still out on how good Sturm is. Plus he brings ZERO money to the table. PEOPLE DON'T KNOW HIM. Why the **** would Hopkins fight this guy?

People who do know him know he's solid. Why fight a guy that will beat him (Tarver)? And is naturally much bigger than him?

Because win or lose his career is over. Going out with a win doesn't mean **** compared to taking a chance and going out as LIGHT HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION against the guy that destroyed Roy Jones Jr.

it's simple, nard doesn't want to be remembered as a ***** who went out fighting someone he knew he could beat, which is how mw jr. will likely end his career. it's why he said **** it, and took the taylor fight. he couldve punked out with an injury or w/e, but it isn't his style. he wants his own page in the book of the sweet science, his idol is ray robinson, ray was always fighting the best. and I'm favoring him vs tarver.
