1991 George Foreman vs todays David Haye

I think Foreman was at the top of his comeback in '91 and didn't fight nearly as often after the Holyfield fight as before it, and I believe Moorer was the only guy Foreman knocked out after Morrison too. And Foreman was very heavy looking against Morrison.Different type of fighter, Holyfield always knew he had a fantastic chin. He wasn't afraid to mix it up. I could just as easily say Foreman who struggled massively with the undersized Moorer for 9 rounds. Morrison who wasn't the best mover in the world and had a pretty poor chin outboxed Foreman quite easily, old Foreman also went life and death with Schulz and Savarese and had quite a rought fight with Alex Stewart if memory serves. If Haye came in looking to trade obviously he loses, but realistically Haye clearly has the reflexes, footspeed/handspeed to beat this Foreman.
If Wlad couldn't really hurt Haye because of his head movement and footwork and his 'running' style then I doubt the old Foreman could. Prime Foreman takes Haye apart obviously not doubt about it.
Nevertheless, I can't see Haye lasting long with Foreman who also was a stalker. Wlad is not a stalker, he fought timidly a against Haye. Foreman would be throwing bombs from the first bell.Comment

This poll is ridiculous!
Come on guys, seriously.. Anybody can look up David Haye greatest hits and see who he really was. Before he decided to fight like 1ce every 2 years, Haye absolutely SMASHED dudes left right and centre and did it with style.
He is probably the fastest and most slick boxer with extreme power, ever to be called HW.
George Foreman was a great opponent. The mainstays of his success were that he hit hard and could take a lot of punches.
By the 90's, sure, he was much smarter and more experienced than his younger self (and bigger too). But he was FAR too slow to have collected Haye with anything credible and never possessed the skills to ever have mounted a proper offensive against anybody nearly as good as Haye.
I give Foreman's chin the benefit of the doubt. If big Foreman could survive Tommy Morrison ****ing on it, it could survive Haye's too.
And like Tommy, Haye had not the best chin either, so I give Foreman his punchers chance even too!
But I would go on to say that that's a FAT chance!
Overwhelmingly likely is that Haye will literally, quote.. "beat the living **** out of Foreman so badly and so easily that he would never be able to eat one of his home grilled hamburgers.. probably EVER again!
Look at what he does to guys like Audley Harrison, etc.. He even rocked and nearly had Valuev off his feet, something nobody has ever done!Comment

Haye barely ever got hit or hurt in any fight, just like Wlad and Vitali.
In fact at HW, Haye completely destroyed every opponent he faced bar Klitschko, which was WK's most difficult fight imo, and Valuev, which imo he pretty much clowned and nearly knocked out too at one stage.Comment
