Honestly GGG should come out with it and say he'll fight cotto for free ... cotto get's 100%. He'd be a PPV star after he KOs cotto so it would be worth it. Could cotto turn that down without looking mighty bad? GGG should say all he wants is Madison Square Garden ...

I've been saying it'll be Rubio for December, Canelo for May. GGG won't get his shot until fall 2015 at the earliest.

He's been ranked in RING's top 10 for over a year. He's solid, world class MW. Much better fight than Bradley.

Big cotto fan here.. don't like the Rubio fight.. don't like any fight at 160 for Cotto... he made history I think he should go back down to 154.... even a fight with Bradley at a catchweight I would be okay with..... Canelo is the fight I really want.. if he is going to stand at 160.. which is a big if and mistake if you ask me.. he is going to have to get in there with that animal GGG sooner or later.

He won't relinquish that MW title. He'll stay at MW, for better or worse. As for the Bradley statement, I mean if both fights are at MW. TB has no business at 160.

They want to hold off on Canelo because of the sagging PPV numbers this year. There has just been too many and last two big fight's numbers showed it.

Im not sure how much he does want to stay at 160.... he weighed in at 155 for Sergio... so the weight isn't a problem... I think the bigger money is at 54... Canelo, Mayweather........ should be interesting.. he is going to get killed on here if he fights Rubio though...

Rubio's been the mandatory for atleast a few fights now. If memory serves, as far back as Martinez-Chavez Jr.. Cotto would be doing him a service. Throw the man a bone, he did the same with Trout. I actually feel bad for Rubio. He deserves it and as was mentioned before, no one can say it wasn't a legitimate challenge for Cotto.

Chavez Jr might've been a sweeter deal because it's a bigger fight and of course the overall tenor of PR vs Mex to fuel the animosity, still this is all just speculation. Let the GGG fight sit and marinate for a little while friend, good things take time.
