Why Doesn't Freddie Roach Teach Defense?

I know Khan has a bad chin, I am a big critic of his Chin. But Roaches training style is the worst for someone who has as bad a chin as he does.

Hmmm... That's an interesting point though I guess.

Ok yeah sure, I can somewhat see where your coming from with that. Roach seems to love training fighters that can overwhelm opponents with speed and volume and this "furious" type style might lend them to getting tagged either more frequently or more flush than they otherwise would maybe (even with Pac vs a counter puncher the calibre of Marquez is a suitable example).

The other side of the coin might be that without utilising Khan's natural talents of speed, volume, aggression etc, he might not be as effective as he has been anyway. Somebody already said here that offence is the best defence and there's something to be said for that too I think.

But still, your point was most valid and I can't really fault in honesty.

Both WK and Floyd are regarded to have questionable chins too and neither of them fight recklessly like that at all to be sure!

Freddie Roach overall is about a hundred times better trainer than anybody on the Money Team though if that's what your getting at. Floyd's natural talents and work ethic gets him over the line, the Mayweathers could not, for instance, produce the same level of fighter out of stock like even Adrien Broner for example I don't reckon.

TS wont give roach credit as a great trainer no matter how reasonable people answers is

so my answer will be this : it doesn't matter if roach suck at teaching defense because he's very succesful with the way he train his fighters.
multiple champions,multiple ATG, multiple awards and testimony from great tactician like B-hop about his works is more than enough evidence how great freddy roach is.
