Leonard didn't have a promoters license, and when he got one, he was to be written into Wards promotion contract.

Leonard got his license, and Goossen more or less told him to **** off according to Andre. I'm sure Goossen's side of the story has something to do with that fact that Antonio Leonard has done exactly **** to increase Ward's drawing power in the bay; in fact Wards attendance numbers have decreased year after year.

So Ward has decided to take it to court. I disagree with him. If he thinks Leonard should be taken care of, he should have continued to fight and just come out of pocket for Leonard's services on the side. Goossen is 100% Wards actual promoter, so splitting the money 50-50 is a bit silly. Just my two cents.
Is that fro his Thaboxingvoice interview?

I didn't know he was 50/50 in with Goosen and RJJ as promoters

RJJ? No, he's also with Antonio Leonard from TNT.

Here's the article when Ward laid out the dispute.

'Every time a fighter stands up, it's not a bad thing,' Ward said. 'I want to be in the ring more than anyone else wants me to be in the ring. This is

He said in an interview with them that he was with RJJ"s square ring promotions early before he was bought out from 50 percent of the shares or what not.

Thanks, I'll give it a read later... about to watch 13 sins

I honestly couldn't care less. I think he's boring and he's bust suing Goossen again. I swear idk what I'm missing out on when I hear ppl say he's so great. He's good but his style of fighting is horrible. I hate it. He's beasting on GGG to move up but doesn't want to do it himself. Pascal first and Kovalev would be good but he's not interested I guess. At this point, **** him. Boxing is doing great without him. He's a good commentator, he can just do that I guess.

The guy has fought like 6 times in 5 years. He has the David Haye syndrome and no matter how good he was, he can't really be taken seriously.

Move over for Golovkin and Kovalev I reckon.

If Ward wants to fight once a year, hell, if he wants to fight once every two years, we the fans are gonna wait patiently and rejoice when he does fight. not even HOF yet, he need more big name and memorable fight in his resume so more fights is his only option.

He cleaned out the division. Including Froch. Bute was a bum, Bute never belonged in the same ring as Ward. It is clear that it is impossible for Ward to earn respect here on NSB. Ward would have beaten Calzaghe with Ease.
