Austin trout wasnt in the majors neither was delvin rodriguez. I wont call cotto a duck because hes a proven battle tested warrior. Cotto has canelo in his crosshairs. Canelo brings in way more viewers and money compared to GGG, thats just a fact.

That Karma came around fast, they said the same thing about Ward did they not LMFAO

We know Cotto is not a true Middleweight lets be honest, he got to Sergio Martinez BEFORE GGG because he is the A SIDE, he is a DRAW HE BRINGS MONEY to the Table!

Not yet in the majors but he would've been wearing all of them 160lb straps right now if Sergio and Dibella would've not sold the belts to you for a price of ppv admission.....Cotto is about to sell them belts to the next highest bidder..it's all good Gennady can take them from Canelo if that's who ends up with them.

Cotto would take less of an ass beating by canelo and a higher payday fighting canelo. With GGG he makes less money and potentially ends his career

Then have the MW champ give back the title. Cottoricans make no sense at all. He will die in the ring against GGG or Red. Cotto has been washed up for years. Since a 5'6" Filipino totally beat the s h i t out of him and made him quit. Hmmmm what would a 5'10" power puncher do to the emotionally deranged hero of Puerto Rico? Vaporize him.

You are the one who quoted GGG and then complained when HBO quoted Froch. I guess you are not just "sarcastic and "ironic" but also a hypocrite. And now you are criticising people for being hypocrites.

Except that ward isn't walking around with the 160lb straps and is going to go make fights at 155 or so next.....big difference. Either vacate or defend them to the guy in line to fight for them and arguably GGG was more in line to fight sergio than Cotto was. He's not a legit at that weight well then wtf is he doing there..he won them..vacate them and go fight canelo next.

GGG and his team need to manoeuvre him in the PPV circuit, but for now, its a small reward that he brings. Cotto is 33 and moving on soon, he's after the big PPV events.
i get that much, GGG is not a financially huge fight, but it's about fighting the best as well, imo.

Cotto has 2 or 3 lucrative fights left, depending on what happens he has Canelo, Chavez and Mayweather etc I don't see how he would risk all of that to fight GGG.
